By subscribing to Arcel, you agree to these Terms of Service. Arcel is an AI-powered receptionist platform for Australian real estate agencies. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Arcel.
The following features are included as part of the monthly subscription: 24/7 inbound call handling via AI voice system, automatic SMS follow-up and property matching, inspection appointment booking via your existing calendar system, daily qualified lead summaries, and automatic property listing sync. Following subscription activation, the Arcel platform is configured and deployed within 5 to 7 business days. Access to platform features becomes available upon completion of the technical integration sequence.
Subscriptions are billed monthly at A$1,999/month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time. Billing is processed securely through our payment provider. Please refer to our Refund Policy for refund terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information during onboarding, maintaining your calendar system access, ensuring compliance with applicable Australian data protection laws when collecting prospect information, and providing up-to-date property listings for the system to reference.
You agree not to use Arcel for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your business or services to prospects, or to violate any applicable Australian laws including the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Consumer Law. Arcel reserves the right to terminate service for violations of these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Schedule 2). Our platform comes with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. Where a major failure occurs, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
All systems, workflows, and technology developed under the Arcel platform remain the intellectual property of Arcel. You retain ownership of your business data, prospect information, and property listings.
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Arcel is not liable for any lost revenue, missed leads, or business losses arising from service interruptions or system limitations. Our maximum liability is limited to one month of subscription fees paid. Arcel makes no guarantee of specific results or lead volumes.
Arcel aims to maintain 99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party services including telephony providers, SMS carriers, or Google.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Arcel reserves the right to immediately terminate service in cases of non-payment or violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted upon request.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
