Our refund policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may be entitled to under the ACL.
Arcel offers a 30-day refund guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Arcel within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us at contact@arcel.tech and we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.
For subscription renewals, you may request a refund within 14 days of your renewal date. After 14 days from the renewal date, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@arcel.tech. Your platform access will remain active until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle after the refund window has passed.
Technical integration and platform deployment is included in the monthly subscription at no additional cost. If a separate integration fee has been agreed, it is refundable within 30 days if the system deployment has not yet been completed.
Refunds are issued in the following circumstances: requests made within 30 days of initial subscription, requests made within 14 days of a renewal charge, duplicate charges due to a billing error, charges made after a confirmed cancellation request, or where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
To request a refund, contact us at contact@arcel.tech with your account details and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
Approved refunds are processed within 30 days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. All amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
