Arcel is a product of RISEN LABS. Arcel is committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your prospects. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect data in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
We collect the following categories of data: business information provided during platform onboarding (agency name, address, contact details), prospect data generated through our system (names, phone numbers, enquiry details, property preferences), call recordings for quality assurance purposes, and usage data to improve our platform.
Data is used solely to deliver and improve our platform. Specifically: to operate the AI receptionist and SMS automation systems, to generate daily lead summaries for your agency, to match prospects with available properties, and to provide technical support. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security audits. Data is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of cancellation upon written request.
Our platform integrates with the following third-party services: Google Calendar for appointment scheduling, ClickSend SMS API for messaging automation, Retell AI and ElevenLabs for voice processing, and Airtable for data storage. Each service operates under their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary to deliver our platform.
Some of our third-party service providers may store or process data outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure the data is treated in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Under the Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access your personal data at any time, request correction of inaccurate data, complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles, and request deletion of your data where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@arcel.tech.
As a client of Arcel, you are the data controller for prospect information collected through our platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate legal basis for collecting and processing prospect data under Australian privacy law, and for maintaining your own privacy notices for prospects.
All automated communications sent through our SMS automation system comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003. Messages are only sent to individuals who have initiated contact with your agency.
Our website uses minimal cookies for basic functionality. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your use of our platform.
If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal information, contact us first at contact@arcel.tech. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
For privacy enquiries or to exercise your rights, contact us at contact@arcel.tech. We aim to respond within 72 hours.
